Rebekah was born in Scotland but studied in London at the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts.
With an Orcadian heritage, Rebekah’s beautiful Celtic voice returns to Celtic Nights-Oceans of Hope. This is Rebekah’s fourth year with Celtic Nights and has travelled with the show throughout Ireland, Germany, Canada and the USA.
Derek Ryan studied singing with Dr Veronica Dunne and Ms. Jeannie Reddin at the Leinster School of Music. During this time he won many competitions including the Bass Solo at Feis Ceoil Dublin.
Ciarán is from County Wicklow, Ireland and trained in Dublin under the tutelage of Philip O’Reilly at the Royal Irish Academy of Music. He is delighted to be returning again to Celtic Nights for the second year.
Erin was born in a small village in Scotland, she moved to London to study Musical Theatre at Mountview Academy Of Theatre Arts at the age of 18. Her credits since training include – ‘The Princess’ in Aladdin the Pantomime, Lead Vocalist and Dancer ‘A Musical Christmas’ concert tour around Germany
Emily graduated in 2014 with a first-class honours degree in music from Maynooth University. Whilst there she studied classical violin performance and voice and she also toured in the U.S.A with the Maynooth chamber choir. .
Peter-O’ReillyPeter O’Reilly is a graduate of the DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama, where he was awarded a First Class Honours Bachelor of Music Degree. Whilst there, he was under the tutelage of Emmanuel Lawler, with whom he is continuing his training.
Caoimhe-QuinCaoimhe began Irish dancing at the age 4 for the Tara Dance Academy. She was a member of Spotlight Stage School until her late teens in which she trained in various styles of dance and drama
Cian-O’FlynnCian O’ Flynn is a Dancer and Musician from Co. Limerick, Ireland. Having grown up surrounded by Irish traditional music and dance and competing in both for many years
Holly-Dalton-HeathHolly is from Belfast in the North of Ireland and started dancing at the age of 5. She was part of the Mulvenna Academy and competed in majors such as the All Ireland and World Championships, placing 3rd in her region and 14th in the world.
After spending many summers in Ireland dancing with her cousins, Jessica started dancing at 6 years old. She attended both the Griffin Lynch School and Maguire O’Shea Academy of Irish dancing.
Patrick began his dance training at the tender age of two with Rinceouiri Na Riochta under the direction of Jimmy Smith and Honor O’Conor.
Patrick won his first title in 1993 and continued winning various titles throughout his competitive career, including All Ireland champion in 1995.
As a versatile and vibrant multi-instrumentalist, singer, dancer and composer, Darragh Healy stands out among professional Irish traditional musicians of this generation.
Mícheál is a multi-instrumentalist playing banjo, mandolin, guitar, piano, bodhrán, drums and cajon and has several All Ireland titles to his name. He has won the banjo and mandolin competitions at Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann.
Matt Bashford is a native of Limerick in Ireland. He plays Uilleann Pipes and Whistles among various other woodwind instruments. He is a member of the Bruce Guthro (Runrig) Band with whom he tours regularly.
